Cartridge/Syringe filling
Cedesa fills a range of single component and two component adhesives into cartridges.vv
Packs range from simple 310ml single cartridges in HDPE, LDPE and Aluminium, to 85ml single cartridges; from 50ml single part syringes down to 1ml syringes; as well as two part component cartridges including 12ml, 25ml, 28ml, 50ml, 200ml and 400ml (1:1 ratio), 50ml (4:1 ratio) and co-axial cartridges (380ml). Anything outside this would not be a problem subject to a small tooling cost.
We have at least half a dozen machines capable of filling these products so are more than capable of meeting any customers requirements.
